The Hottest Ticket Items To Include In Your Website Marketing Strategy For 2006 And Beyond

Writen by Leigh Burke

Shouldn't we all be flying around in spaceships by now? I don't know about you, but I was a massive Star Wars fan and Trekkie. I loved the technology, that's why I got into computers in the first place. So why hasn't technology taken over the world? Where is my lightsaber, speeder bike and portable comms unit? Look around you my friends, the future IS here!

Do you own a mobile phone? A laptop? PDA? Do you have a broadband connection? Does your car have fuel injection? Traction control? Satellite navigation? Do you pay your bills online? Do you have an email account you use for business or to keep in touch with loved ones?

History and future generations will look back on TODAY as a golden age. A time of great opportunity when fortunes were made and lost, and new social practices implemented. You often hear the term information age used to describe the current time in which we live. But it is only growing, and opportunity abounds for the entrepreneurial person who reaches out and grasps the website marketing opportunities before them.

Do you have a product or service which you sell offline? Could this product or service be marketed and sold online, thus expanding your potential customer-base exponentially? Do you have an idea, special skill, story idea or song which you could make into an electronic document and market on the internet? The market and opportunities for people with creative ideas is so large these days, that the rules that once bound such pursuits have changed forever.

Here is my list of what I believe to be the big markets in the coming 10 years:
